Original StorefrontNave Plumbing was established about 1951 by islanders Allen and Goldie Nave. Their original storefront here has been added to and become a small complex called Sanibel Square on Periwinkle Way just east of the St. Michaels and All Angels Episcopal Church.
Allen Nave first came to the islands before World War II, and moved to Sanibel with his family in the late 1940s. Nave Plumbing continues to be a family-owned and operated business, with Allen and Goldie at its head.
